Oil service valves

Skarke oil service valves are the ideal solution for individual demands wherever oils and water emulsions are used.

Our complete system is designed so that the majority of problems can be solved using combinations of the different series.

Tried and tested partial solutions can be combined with newly developed components to provide economically viable solution for specific problems.

Skarke oil service valves are used to make maintenance of closed systems for oil and media containing oil safe, easy and environmentally friendly anywhere.

Series 45

This valve series is suitable for 98% of tasks. Depending on the dimensions, the valve bodies are made of either brass or chromated steel. We can deliver all standard screw in threads from stock at short notice. For an overall length of approx. 41 mm the length of the screw in threads is 10 mm or 18 mm. Protective caps can be delivered with or without a chain or steel cable. The dimensions of the connecting thread are M 22 x 1,5 or M 26 x 1,5.

We can also provide product versions in different materials and with different screw thread dimensions.

Series 45L

This series is the same as series 45 in type, apart from the overall length of approx. 61 mm.

We can not deliver all sizes of screw threads immediately from stock.

Series 25 SA

This valve series makes it possible to move the removal position to a different place using a hydraulic hose connected to the oil service valve. We can deliver a variety of screwed ends as series. Other types are available on request.

The valve body is made of chromate steel.

Series 23

In this series we can deliver installation lengths between approx. 75 mm and approx. 175 mm. The valves are used for devices that have unfavorable space conditions, such as casings or frame parts. The valve body is made of chromate steel. The protective caps, valve heads and insides are made of brass.

Series 75

Series 75 is, at present, the largest valve in our range, with screw in thread G 1 ?" and an aperture of approx. 1". The version and material can be adapted to requirements.

Series 10 This is our smallest valve, with screw in thread M10 and valve body SW 19. It is mainly used for ventilation or sampling points.

Series 40 - Connections

Series 40, "connections", provides a large variety of connection combinations. Straight, 90? or 45? connections can be used to combine hose lengths of 250 mm, 500 mm and 1000 mm in series. We can deliver different lengths on request.
